miss me?

i went and spent the weekend up in Bufflo and saw my cousins who live up there. yesterday i went up to the falls (Niagra) and then i got ot stand in canada and try out my french :) it was SO hot out (85 degrees) and i got a really bad sun burn (ouch!!!)

i got to go and try this all you can eat soup thing it was to benefit the homeless it was soup all you can eat for $5 so me and my family went i had the chicken soup and the minestrone

today my g ma tool me shopping at the 1 mall close to here and we went to 4 stores i cant wait for vacation to be over then i can show off all my new clothes

i had to run 2 miles today in the porring rain it was verry wet out i have a meet on tuesday i was supposed to run the 1500 ang the 3000 but 4 me that is way way way to much
