one year later...

apparently this is only going to be a once a year thing but now as you can see its the summer on '10 woo hoo i had me 1st meet last wedensday and i cleared 6'6" no practice or anything.. hey happy easter!! lol im still in newport and i actually am glad i kept this thing its good to have it you know... well i guess ill see you next year

i'm sitting @ my comp a year later and i look back and omg how childish was i?? i no im not that much older now but it seems like forever ago
i also cant believed how pumped i was that i got 4' 6" in pole vault i only have 6' now and that isnt even that good idk oh well my 1st outdoor track meet ic comeing up we'll see how i do...

i went and spent the weekend up in Bufflo and saw my cousins who live up there. yesterday i went up to the falls (Niagra) and then i got ot stand in canada and try out my french :) it was SO hot out (85 degrees) and i got a really bad sun burn (ouch!!!)

i got to go and try this all you can eat soup thing it was to benefit the homeless it was soup all you can eat for $5 so me and my family went i had the chicken soup and the minestrone
